Written in 2021: This last few years has been tough for a lot of home buyers; supply seems to have come to a trickle. If you're like our family and you have an ideal house in mind, choosing Stacey is the best decision you can make on the journey to closing on your dream home. After weeks of searching, we had actually made an offer on a home a day before we found "the one". We called Stacey around 5:30 pm and told her our situation - we wanted to see another house, that we'd just found, before the seller from our first offer responded. That way we would understand how committed we were to house 1 and also give us some comfort in knowing whether moving forward with house 1 was the right move.By 830 p.m. we were in the new house. There were a few other showings that night, as the market was red hot. We wrote the offer on that house before leaving and within a few days we were under contract.
